Angel 1 - Luxury Apartment

Positive: The location was perfect. Amazing view of the Harbour & Kingswear. The free car parking space was a welcome bonus. Very comfortable & clean. Nice bathroom products - shower gel, hand & body wash, shampoo & hand/body cream. Negative: Curtains at the windows in the bedroom would have been better than blinds. I can imagine in the summer people would be awake very early. It was very loud in the lounge when traffic went by due to the single pane sash windows. Instead of using tissues to block out the drafts another solution should be found to help with noise & draughts.

Dartmouth escape Positive: Amazing location, right on the seafront. Large kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Recommended. Negative: N/A

Amazing was a perfect mini break Positive: Amazing location - apartment had everything we needed and more. Lovely and cosy and very spacious, comfy beds and luxury toiletries. My friends and myself loved our stay and will definitely return. Negative: Nothing it was Perfect

The best location in town! Positive: Best location in town! Beautiful river views, spacious well presented apartment. The Rose Street parking was a definite bonus in a town with such limited parking. Besides the rivers views and the location it was the reason I chose the property. Incredibly convenient for boarding the many river trips which mostly started from the Town Quay which was immediately opposite the apartment. Negative: The kitchen fan not working and nor was the washing machine. That wasn't an issue for us as we were only there for a short stay and didn't cook or need to wash clothes. It would have been an issue for a longer stay and for a larger party. The adjacent restaurant was noisy in the evenings but quietened down around 11:00 p.m (unlike the seagulls who seem to be nocturnal!).

Spacious, attractive apartment overlooking river in centre of lovely historic town Positive: Superb position in centre of town opposite main jetty for ferries etc. Very spacious and calm atmosphere Negative: No blinds at windows in living area made it very warm in the morning. (The room faces east). It must have been unbearable during the heat waves
